• OCSWSSW (Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers) Registration number (if applicable);
• Copy of your degree/s to upload (if applicable);
• Copy of your CASW letter of equivalency (if applicable);
• Proof of current enrollment or unofficial transcript to upload (if you are applying as a social work student);
• Payment information (credit card, Visa/Mastercard debit card)
  

 

Previous OASW members (or those who have previously started, but not completed the membership application process) will already have a username and account on file, and will be unable to create a new account with the same credentials. If you know your username and password, click here to login.  If you were previously a member of OASW but do not remember your username and password, please contact us at [email protected] to obtain your username and password in order to proceed with your application.

• Note #1: This is NOT an application to become a Registered Social Worker (RSW). To become an RSW, please contact the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, the regulatory body for social workers in Ontario (https://ocswssw.org).

• Note #3: By becoming a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW), you acknowledge and agree that photographs, video recordings, and other media may be taken at OASW events and or webinars. These images may be used by OASW for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, in print or digital formats. By attending OASW events and maintaining your membership, you consent to the use of your image and likeness for these purposes. If you have concerns or prefer not to be photographed, please notify an OASW staff member prior to or during the event.
