RECENT BRANCH ACTIVITIES

On October 16th, Niagara Branch hosted a panel presentation entitled "Poverty in Niagara: Rethinking our Response". Discussion included the following topics: What is Happening in Niagara? (Sarah Pennisi, Director, Social Assistance and Employment Opportunities for Niagara Region), How Poverty Definition Shapes Poverty Solutions(Stephanie Baker Collins PhD, York University), Policy and Practice at our Local Level (Peter Papp, Executive Director, Opportunities Niagara)
