Nonprofits incorporated in Ontario are currently governed by Ontario’s Corporations Act (OCA). This section covers many of the basics of that Act. Bill 154, or the Cutting Unnecessary Red Tape Act, 2017 recently made a number of changes to the OCA. This section does not yet include those changes.
