This report contains important findings from our 2017 Social Workers in Ontario: Salaries and Job Satisfaction Survey which was completed by over 2,000 social workers across the province.
From highlighting the expertise of social workers in addressing complex needs to the diverse settings in which they can be found, this report shines a spotlight on the contributions of the social work profession to the health and well-being of individuals, families and communities across this province.
For the first time in over ten years, this report also provides a comprehensive overview of salaries, benefits and the job satisfaction of social workers in Ontario.
